CRA met with the company’s real estate team and Midwest regional vice presidents to evaluate locations and suitability of requirements. We analyzed landlord tenant improvement allowances to determine optimum value for client site.
CRA handled this assignment under tight time restrictions. In less than 90 days, we completed the site identification, initial space planning and design, preliminary construction estimates, preparation of requests for proposals, counterproposals, letter of intent, rent analysis, coordination of lease negotiations, and the creation of construction drawing documents.
